  • Mike Sechrist

    Mike has been in the EMS industry for nearly 40 years. Starting as an EMT, becoming a paramedic when he was 19, then progressing through nearly every position in his field career. He worked as a union rep and in nearly all operation positions before noticing that the industry was starving for customer service.

    Founding their own company in 2000, it quickly grew to one of the largest private companies in the industry and set the standard for service. During this time Mike was a finalist in the Ernest and Young Entrepreneur of the Year two years in a row. Additionally, the company was featured 6 years in a row in the Inc. Magazines 500/5000 fastest growing companies. After partnering with a private equity firm, they purchased companies in Southern California, Florida, Indiana and Illinois. Mikes goals throughout his EMS career were to innovate and collaborate and make the industry better by establishing other creative and innovative companies such as EMS redline. Now, without the tie to PT-1, working with companies that have the excitement and drive to see the success that PT-1 had, Mike thinks there are equally good or better opportunities in the industry today and looks forward to working with like-minded leaders.

    Craig is an experienced Patient Logistics and Workflow consultant with over 14 years in the industry. Working to improve processes from start to finish, he specializes in decreasing time on task, attention to detail and educating clients about their different workflow options.

    Craig has worked with reputable hospitals and transport providers across the country, including Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, and Dignity Health, among others. The Patient’s Journey is comprised of many different events and touchpoints on the road to wellness; by increasing logistical efficiencies in this journey, he aims to help hospitals and transport providers work as a team to improve patient experience and well-being.

  • Kim Yoxall

    Kim has over a decade of experience in the management of logistics and utilization. Working with both employees and employers, Kim has implemented new CAD and scheduling systems numerous times.

    Kim has worked in multi-unit operations management, special events deployment and dispatch, and fleet inventory and control. Bringing her experience to the team, Kim brings client relations and customer service, productivity monitoring and improvement, and strategic planning to the table to assist clients in expanding and achieving their goals.
